I am a career restaurateur, chef and consultant with nearly twenty seven years experience in hospitality under my belt.
Restaurants are my passion, and I have devoted my entire life to learning, absorbing and teaching everything I possibly can about the business and culture of food, food service and hospitality.
My philosophy is built on a commitment to quality and a hands-on attention to detail in all facets of all operations. I take time to talk to my customers, and I take great pleasure in seeing those customers satisfied. I am very adept both fiscally and administratively, and I have had the good fortune to build more than two dozen venues in three countries over the years.
In 2011 I was lucky enough to be the chef-coordinator for Sip And Savour Salt Spring (a celebration of regional food and wine) – and having just wrapped up a very rewarding stint at Salt Spring’s oldest pub, I am now seeking a new project.
